Manage your subscription

Cancel, switch plans, change payment method, or restore purchases on a new device — everything subscription-related is handled by Apple.

BeforeIBite uses Apple's standard subscription system. Cancelling, switching plans, changing payment, and restoring purchases all happen through your Apple ID — not inside the BeforeIBite app.

Open your BeforeIBite subscription page

Two paths to the same place:

Via iPhone Settings:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Tap your name at the top.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Tap BeforeIBite.

Via the App Store:

  1. Open the App Store.
  2. Tap your profile picture in the top right.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Tap BeforeIBite.

Cancel your subscription

From the BeforeIBite subscription page, tap Cancel Subscription and confirm. You can keep using BeforeIBite until the end of your current billing period — Apple doesn't shut access off immediately on cancellation.

Switch between monthly and annual

From the BeforeIBite subscription page, tap the plan you want. Apple handles the proration automatically:

Change your payment method

Payment methods are managed at the Apple ID level, not per app. Open Settings → [your name] → Payment & Shipping to add or change cards. The default card there is used for all your App Store purchases, including BeforeIBite.

Restore on a new device or after reinstall

If you reinstall BeforeIBite, switch to a new iPhone, or sign in to the same Apple ID on a second device, you don't need to subscribe again:

  1. Sign in to the new device with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.
  2. Open BeforeIBite.
  3. Your active subscription is detected through Apple's StoreKit and access is restored.

If the app doesn't pick it up, sign out of your Apple ID in iPhone Settings and back in, then reopen BeforeIBite.

If your subscription lapses

If Apple can't charge your card at renewal, the subscription enters a short grace period set by Apple. BeforeIBite still works during the grace period. If the payment doesn't go through by the end of it, the subscription becomes inactive and most features lock.

Your data stays on your device throughout. Nothing is deleted just because you stopped paying. Resubscribe any time and you'll pick back up where you left off.
